DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day – On October 26th 10am-2pm the Drug Enforcement Administration and its community partners will hold its seventh National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, operating collection sites around the nation. At these sites, the public can turn in their unused, unneeded, and expired prescription medications. Tablets, capsules, and all other solid dosage forms will be collected. Intravenous solutions, injectables, and syringes will not be accepted. Collection sites around the nation can be found by going to www.dea.gov and entering home state or zip code. This service is free and anonymous.
