Our next downsizing meeting will be held Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10:30 am to noon in the Hayes Room of the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. The agenda will include a discussion of the Montpelier area real estate market with Realtors Tim Heney and Lori Pinard Holt. We’ll also have updates on several possible real estate developments in Montpelier, with expected comments from at least one local developer and an architect. We will also discuss a new plan, not yet public, to convert some upper stories of a downtown building to market rate apartments by 2018. We hope you can join us Dec. 10.
