The Election of Donald Trump represents a major setback for efforts to address climate change, social justice, civil rights, health care reform, and a host of other pressing issues. Progressive minded people have lots of work to do. Clearly, establishment Democrats badly misread the mood (and the needs) of the American people, and a major course correction is needed.  Help local Democrats brainstorm a way forward. The public is invited to the next Addison County Democratic Committee meeting at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 5 at the Ilsley Library in Middlebury.
