Please join us for our Champlain Islands Health Center Open House this Saturday, December 3rd from 10am - 2pm!

We welcome the entire community to tour our new building at 260 Route 2 in South Hero and get to know our health center. You’ll have the opportunity to meet some of our providers, learn about our existing array of services (including the upcoming addition of psychiatric care in January and dental care in the future), and ask questions about insurance options. But that’s not all! We’ll also have fun kids’ games and face painting, a raffle, free CHCB giveaways and healthy snacks.
