The East Montpelier Planning Commission is working on developing a Master Plan and updated zoning for East Montpelier Village. At our meeting on December 1 we will be discussing proposed setbacks and dimensional standards with CVRPC staff. We will also discuss a proposed outline and structure for the draft Master Plan. This discussion will be Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Town Office, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
