Free Workshop on Exercise Options in the Community

Have you ever asked yourself any one of these questions:

What type of exercise works best for me?
Can you do Yoga?

What is Jazzercise?

What is available at the Gym?

Can you afford a Personal Trainer?

Have you ever thought to yourself:

I don't like to sweat and I'm certainly not going to sweat in public!
I don't want others to see me make a fool of myself.
I'm not coordinated enough.
I'm too fat to exercise in public.
I have nothing to wear, there is no way I'm showing up in my ripped up sweatpants and a t-shirt!
I just don't have the time. By the time I get home from work, feed the kids, clean the house, I'm exhausted!

Come hear from local providers so you can decide what works best for YOU! You will also hear from two local Health Coaches to help you overcome some of those internal fears.
