The Top of the Common Committee is pleased to join with Girl Scout Troop 30356 of Lunenburg to usher in the Christmas season with a combined Memory Tree lighting and Community Carol Sing. This is a community event for all ages, to remember loved ones and usher in the Christmas season with song. Light refreshments will be served.
At 5 p.m. the evening begins at the Lunenburg Methodist Church building on Bobbin Mill Road with the reading of the names of those honored on the Memory Tree, followed by the lighting of the tree on the Lunenburg Common. Caroling will be held in the warmth of the church building until approximately 7:30, with a short refreshment break at 6 for our school age participants. Feel free to drop in at any time during the evening!
