We received a few responses from Marcia's Front Porch Forum query about a community discussion, and would like to invite the community to come to the Old Schoolhouse in S Newfane next Sunday, Nov. 27, at 1:00.

Several responses talked about groups and work that people are already starting to connect with. Others had ideas about how we might work together.

One thing is certain. We have an opportunity to organize at a village level, thinking about each others' needs and working to meet and defend them. Anything that we might do that builds cohesion, familiarity and unity of purpose will help us meet whatever challenges lie ahead.

Let's hear what we are all thinking about or see who might want to work with whom. Let's build grass roots power that will be ready to unite with like minded groups from across the county, state or nation, if the times call for it.
