Parents and Kids ages 11 and up are welcome to join us for a fun Friday night SPINNING class! We will teach bike setup, hand positions, and do an introductory ride on Spinner bikes. Riders will experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout while listening to today's hottest music. Knowledgeable and inspiring Certified Spinning Instructors will ensure that riders enjoy the journey.
