Bats in Vermont

Come learn about the latest bat research and survey work being conducted with regards to White-Nose Syndrome; what bats you are most likely to see in your attic; when to be concerned about public health; and how to enhance or provide a habitat for these amazing mammals.

Alyssa Bennett, a Small Animals Biologist for the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department will be at Neighborhood Connections on Thursday, November 17th at 11am to discuss these topics and what the Department is doing about the conservation and recovery of the state's nine species of bats.
