Greetings Mothers!

Tomorrow at noon visit Zenbarn Studio (179 Guptil Road in Waterbury Center) for a Birth-Love one hour meetup. All mothers and moms-to-be are welcome to attend. The meetup is discussion based, as we work to define and redefine Birth through the lens of Women's Wisdom. $10 suggested donation.

Additionally, I'm accepting new Birth Doula and Therapy clients. Please call to schedule - 847-814-9503 or write mainstdoula@gmail.com.

List of services:

Birth Doulas support mothers and families throughout labor. We assist you in making a birth plan, provide emotional and physical support during labor, and are on call 24/7 - just for you.

Postpartum Doulas provide in-home care for mothers and families. Typical duties may include breastfeeding support, light chores, and cooking. Our goal is to enable you to relax, heal, and transition back home with ease.

Therapy sessions enable mothers to focus on healing from unresolved tensions and to explore the potential of birth as a sacred experience. Sessions are 55 minutes and are held at my office on North Main St in downtown Waterbury.

Thank you!!!
