The East Montpelier Planning Commission is working on developing a Master Plan and updated zoning for East Montpelier Village. At our meeting on November 17, we will be following up on results of the 10/20 Open House and discussing boundaries, lot sizes and inputs to buildout and growth projections with CVRPC staff. This discussion will be Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Town Office, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
