The Craftsbury Energy Committee is hosting a viewing of the documentary film "Earth Days" by acclaimed director Robert Stone on Wed., 11/16, 7:00 PM, at the Crafstbury Library. The film reviews the development of the modern environmental movement from the 1950's to its moment of triumph in 1970 with the original Earth Day, and to its status as a major political force in America. Drawing heavily on eyewitness testimony and a wealth of never before seen archival footage, Stone examines the revolutionary achievements and missed opportunities of a decade of groundbreaking activism.
