Hi FPF Vergennes,
My name is Sarah Stroup and I live on Green Street. I’m working with a group at St.Paul’s Episcopal Church, the big brick church on the green. We are exploring future possibilities for how the church can connect with and support the Vergennes community. We’re considering new volunteer and fundraising programs; partnerships with other organizations who might use our spaces; minor upgrades to our buildings; and even major renovations or expansions to our buildings if this would make our spaces more useful to the community or a potential partner.
Our next step is a ‘design day’ on November 12th. We’ll be working with a team of architects to sketch out ideas for how the buildings and grounds of St. Paul's can better serve the community. This will be an exciting, hands-on event with designers and community members working together.
