I apologize for the late posting. The Town Planning Commission (outside the Village) will be meeting on November 10th @ 6:30 p.m., at 81 Main Street, to discuss the following:

1. The School District (Founders & Middle School) have an existing greenhouse on the premises. They are asking to relocate it so that it is situated next to the community garden (abutting Foster Road). This is considered a minor amendment. The relocation will meet the required setbacks.

2. Final application is being heard regarding John and Donna Kunkel's property located at 87 Sawmill Road. They are proposing to carve off the acreage that is held in a conservation trust. This is considered a simple-parcel subdivision. The Planning Commission has reviewed this application two times through conceptual and sketch plan review. The subdivision will result in the creation of a 28-acre parcel and a 108-acre parcel. Both lots are located in the C1 (Conservation) Zoning District.
