PUBLIC NOTICE MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – THURSDAY DECEMBER 8, 2016
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:
1. Applicants/landowners Brad & Jean Chesterman request §750 Final Plat Approval to create a 2.1 acre subdivision lot from 14.33 acre parcel 06-056 at 2224 Walton Road in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
2. Applicant Marthe Valcour, on land owned by her revocable trust, requests §750 Final Plat Approval to create a 2 acre subdivision lot from 12.38 acre parcel 17-019 at 3116 Randolph Road in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
3. Applicants/landowners Andrew & Melissa Wing request §740 Review and Approval of a Preliminary Plat to create 4 subdivision lots & a new private road right-of-way from a 25.3 acre tract located at 334 Magoon Road (undeveloped parcels 12-043 & 12-044) located in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
4. Applicants/landowners Gary & Irene Bourne request a §254.1 Minimum Area Per Residential Unit Waiver of 12% to allow for the conversion of the single-family home on parcel 21-196 at 65 Richmond Street into a Two-Family Dwelling Unit use.
5. Applicant Madadashcar LLC requests §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval to add the §483 Motor Vehicle Sales & Repair Facility use for car repair in the former Carquest building owned by LH&A Realty on parcel 20-028 at 887 Brooklyn Street in the §210 Commercial Zone.
6. Applicant Delish Dish LLC requests §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Development Plan Approval for a §460 Home Business use for a prepared meal service within the existing house owned by Debra and Shaun Miller on parcel 12-133-2 at 2011 LaPorte Rd in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
Said hearings will take place at 6:30 PM in the Tegu Building’s Community Meeting Room at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville.
