Hello everyone! I wanted to remind you all about some great classes going on at the Grange Hall Cultural Center in Waterbury Center. Join us for music, dance, and drama for your little ones, lead by me, Rachel O’Donald.

Using The BrainDance and a 5-part conceptual lesson plan created, children will explore music and movement through songs and stories. Classes focus on fun and appropriate movements for building baby and toddler bodies and brains. Playful social/emotional connections are made as we dance together and with others.
The BrainDance is based on fundamental movement patterns that help to wire the central nervous system. The curriculum helps build cognitive, physical, social, and emotional skills. This also gives parents and caregivers a chance to move and make new social connections.
