Don't miss THE FANTASTICKS at Town Hall Theater this weekend -- opening night tickets for TONIGHT are only $15!! See below for a list of shows and ticket info.
This quirky little musical opened off-Broadway in 1960. Nobody could have predicted that it would still be running today, 56 years later. In that half a century, the show has been produced more then 11,000 times, and has played in 67 different countries. But for some reason, the Middlebury Community Players have never performed it. Until now. See it at Town Hall Theater this weekend, November 3-6, 2016.
THE FANTASTICKS uses one of the finest scores in musical theater to tell a tale of romance, illusion, disillusion, and wisdom. Using humor and pathos, it moves and charms all who see it. Songs like “Try to Remember,” “Soon It’s Going to Rain,” and “They Were You” take us into the world that exists inside all of us, and gently remind us what it is to be human.
Suitable for the whole family!
Shows are:
- Thursday, Friday & Saturday, November 3-5, at 8:00pm
- Two matinees on Saturday & Sunday, November 5 & 6, at 2:00pm
- Tickets on Thursday night are only $15.
- All other shows $23 ($18 with student ID)
The Sunday matinee performance at 2:00pm on November 6 will be audio described for the visually impaired and blind. Pat Boera will be providing the audio description.
