Come learn about the menstrual cycle, alternative menstrual products, self-care techniques, and herbal remedies featuring local medicinal plants to promote menstrual health. Yes, puppets and Fimo uteruses will be involved! And everyone will make their own cloth pad to bring home (no sewing experience necessary).

All genders welcome, as well as any age appropriate for open conversation about menstrual/sexual health.

Accessibility: There are 3 steps in front of the building and 4 steps inside, both with handrails. And a step thru the doorway with no rail. Bathroom is small with no rail. Please be in touch if you have any accessibility questions.
