Come tour a housing unit at McKnight Lane, Vermont's first net zero energy affordable housing development.
Representatives from Efficiency Vermont will be leading two last days of tours on Friday, November 11th and Monday, November 14th, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Developed jointly by Addison County Community Trust and Cathedral Square, the McKnight Lane development near Otter Creek in Waltham is comprised of 14 high performance, energy efficient VerMod homes incorporating universal design principles.

ACCT is currently accepting applications for occupancy at McKnight lane. HUD income limits apply. Applications will be available to pick up at the open house.
