On WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2016 the West Rutland Development Review Board (DRB) will convene a Public Meeting at 7:00 pm to review the Town’s Plan & Zoning Ordinance with regards to a proposal by TCE Trading to install a 3.5 megawatt solar electric generation facility on an 18+/- acre site at 839 Clarendon Ave. This is not a review of any application to the Town. The Meeting’s purpose is to submit recommendations to the Select Board; with regards to the Town’s participation in any VT Public Service Board review of an Act 248 application for the project.
