The Sage City Symphony will join forces with the Windham Orchestra, from Brattleboro, to perform a concert on Saturday, November 12th, 7:00 at Shaftsbury Elementary School. (Note: not our usual time or place). The program will include a work by Vermont composer Charles Ruggles, and "Don Quixote" by Richard Strauss with Michael Finckel, cello soloist, and Catharine Hall-Schor, viola soloist. Hugh Keelan will conduct. Admission is free. There will also be a silent auction to raise money for Sage Symphony.
