The Selectboard of the Town of Fair Haven, Vermont will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to 20 VSA §3546 on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Town Office Conference Room, 3 No. Park Place in Fair Haven, Vermont to hear evidence and receive testimony on a complaint of a "vicious dog" concerning two dogs named Jake and Harley and owned by Elmer & Pat Jones presently residing at 103 Montgiven Ave. in Fair Haven, Vermont.
