In this mushrooming 101 session you will learn about gourmet and medicinal mushrooms and the basics of their cultivation. Bringing the right fungi into your property can be not only delicious but beneficial for the soil, trees, plants and vegetable gardens. You will find that growing mushrooms is easier that you think, with a specie and technique that will suit your specific needs. Stay afterwards for the hands-on cultivation workshop. We will teach you how to make straw logs, so you can grow your own gourmet mushrooms at home.
