New Zumba! Sh & F – $7 Drop-In for Non Members!
A fabulous Zumba instructor is coming to SH&F! Saturday 8/17, 8:30am
Mikerra Bostic had been a fitness instructor and dancer for many years. You will get it all with her--cardio, sculpting and dance moves! Graceful, beautiful, fierce! She is a joy to watch and learn from. And she makes it all accessible to beginners, while still fun and challenging for more experienced Zumba'ers. She was the group fitness director last year at the Burlington YMCA.
Everyone has different styles in Zumba, so of course, the only real way to know if you will enjoy her class is to give it a try!
So, come out for her demo class next Saturday August 17th.
And invite friends-- only $7 drop-in for non-members!
