It's a perfect time to join a yoga class! I lead a Kripalu inspired class every Thursday at 10 am focusing on breath work, a deep stretch, muscle strengthening and meditation. We will focus on alignment, grounding our poses and postures for a safe practice and honoring our bodies through compassion, non judgement and self love. I offer lots of variations and modifications so that all levels are welcome and able. You don't need to be flexible or have experience. If you can breathe you can do yoga. See ya there!
