Barry Rotary hosts the Second Annual Rotary Ball, a semi-formal dine and dance event, at the Barre Elks Club on Saturday, November 5th. Join us for an elegant evening to benefit the Central Vermont community. Silent auction and (cash bar) cocktail hour with live entertainment starts at 6 pm. Guests will be escorted into the dining room by members of the Norwich University Cadet Corp in full dress uniform. Our evening will feature a dance competition (modeled after 'Dancing with the Stars') with dancers competing for the Rotary Mirror Ball Trophy. National and Collegiate ballroom dance competitors Jon DeWitt and Ms. Stratton Coleman will provide swing dance lessons and there will be open dancing after dinner. A choice of three entrees for dinner: stuffed haddock, pork tenderloin with pineapple, or vegetarian lasagna. Tickets are $65/pp for VIP seating (directly adjacent to dance floor); $50/pp for general seating on main floor; $50/pp for intimate tables of two balcony seating overlooking the dance floor.
