The Annual Harvest Supper features Addison County and Vermont sourced foods and product alongside the culinary talents of the members of the Starksboro Conservation Commission. The menu includes Stonewood Farm turkey, stuffing, gravy, roasted root vegetables, butternut squash soup. Apple, berry and pumpkin pies made by the Four Winds volunteers will be served for dessert along with hot and cold beverages

Tickets sold at the door of the multipurpose room of Robinson School, 41 Parsonage Road, Starksboro. Fee for a family of two adults and two children is $25; adults $10, children 12 and younger $5. All proceeds from the Harvest Supper benefit the Four Winds Institute natural science program at Robinson School.

The members of the Conservation Commission and the Four Winds Nature Institute share a common goal of striving to improve environmental literacy throughout our Starksboro community by providing people of all ages with meaningful opportunities to explore the natural world while learning the creative problem-solving and citizenship skills needed to protect it.

The Harvest Supper is hosted annually by the Starksboro Conservation Commission, an advisory body whose mission is to provide leadership in efforts to protect Starksboro's natural and agricultural resources through education, conservation advocacy, land stewardship, and the Towns planning process. Adult supervised outdoor activities will be offered for children from 6:00- 7:00.

We're always on the prowl for volunteers to help out the day of the Harvest Supper, Saturday, November 5th. If you're available please respond to this post. Thanks!
