The City Council meets on Monday, October 24, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in Contois Auditorium. The first matters on the agenda include receiving annual reports from the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission and the Park and Recreation Commission. We will hear a verbal report from the Clerk's office on preparations for the upcoming November election. Public forum will occur at 7:30. We will then close our regular meeting by hearing comments from the Mayor and councilors.

We will then convene a meeting of the Board of Civil Authority to appoint assistant election officials and acting justices of the peace. Finally, we will convene a meeting of the board of tax abatement to consider ten requests for abatement of taxes.
