It’s that time of year again: on Saturday, December 3, the schools, churches,libraries and many of the non-profit organizations in the five Champlain Islands’ towns are having fundraising events all joined together under the name of the Islands Holiday Hop.

We will be compiling all of these on a map to help visitors “hop” from one location to another. In order to create an accurate map, we need you to contact us with a brief listing on what you are doing and your hours.

If your business is open and you want to run a special for the day, please let me know so that it will also be listed. The ads say that the maps will be available through email and that hard copies will be available at the Senior Center in Alburgh and the Farmer’s Market in South Hero.
