It's that time of year again! RACDC would like you to save the date and get your costume ready for Safe and Scene Halloween.
The costume parade will begin at the Town office parking lot, where kids should begin to line up at 3:45pm and then proceed to the Gazebo Park, where the Trick-or-Treating starts at 4pm. From 4-7 p.m., area merchants will welcome trick-or-treaters with candy and other treats, and WRCC & RACDC will hand out candy, toys, dental supplies and free hot cocoa in Gazebo Park. The Arts Bus will also be on hand with story time and arts activities for kids, and a group of [high school students] will show off their technical skills with a “not-too-spooky” interactive demonstration
