The 4th Annual Neighborhood Glow Run is Saturday, October 29, 2016 starting at 6:00pm in Taylor Park in downtown St. Albans! Its a fun night race through the streets of St. Albans with participants decked out in glowing costumes starting and finishing in Taylor Park! How can you get involved? Run it!
