Peter and Mary Alice Amidon, versatile and widely respected performing and teaching artists from Brattleboro VT, are coming to Jericho for a singing workshop! The Amidons' workshops bring a repertoire of great 4-part arrangements of a wide range of traditional American secular and sacred songs, including African American gospel and spirituals, old and new American shape note pieces, newly composed pieces and old hymns. The Amidons' energy and warmth encourage people to feel relaxed while empowering groups to create rich and soulful harmonies. You will leave feeling great, with a packet of songs to take with you.
