This is a beginner level spinning workshop where students will learn how to spin on drop spindles, and we'll discuss other types of spinning as well. Students will go home with spindles and fiber to continue practicing. Everything we cover will be helpful for folks who are learning to spin on a wheel, and if students have wheels of their own, they are encouraged to bring them and get support with how to use them.
This workshop is a benefit for the East Hill Preschool in Craftsbury, (vermontnaturepreschool.org). The Craftsbury Public Library is generously donating their space.
