Astronomy lecture on the ALMA telescope by local astronomer Al Boudreau
This telescope will revolutionize astronomy. This newest and largest telescope in the world has the amazing ability to look inside and through dense clouds of dust that used to obscure objects astronomers wanted to see.
ALMA is also located in Chile at the highest elevation for any telescope,16,500 feet.
