ServSafe is a Food Service Sanitation Course developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and is a national standard for restaurant kitchens and processing facilities.

Connor Gorham is a New England Culinary Institute graduate and our Professional Production Assistant at the Vermont Food Venture Center. He is a certified instructor and tailors these classes specifically for those who work in any processing, restaurant or institutional kitchen.

Class size is small for individualized instruction and the $130 cost covers the textbook, instruction and exam (a value of $155).
