The fourth annual Vermont Fermentation Festival is happening this Sunday, Oct 16th at Green Mountain College in Poultney! Join RAFFL and GMC for a day of workshops on all things fermented - dosa making, kombucha, krauts, pickles, cheesemaking and MORE. We are thrilled to welcome Marisa Mauro of Ploughgate Creamery as our key note speaker. Lunch, vendors and a raffle! One price gets you in the door for a day of learning, exploring and fun.
