High School French Conversation and Songs Club

Past event
Oct 17, 2016, 4 to 5 PM

Students grades 9 to 12 who study French in high school are invited to join Baptiste Delvalle, a native French speaker and a licensed French teacher at the Pickering Room at the Fletcher Free Library to listen to music in French and share conversations in French. Each session will start at 4 pm with the listening of a song in French, with practice activities and help understanding the lyrics and the cultural background behind the song. Casual conversations in French will ensue for high schoolers to practice their oral skills. No registration is needed, just come with motivation to be immersed in French and share some fun.

This is a weekly event for high schoolers, every Monday from 4 to 5 pm, in the Pickering Room at the Fletcher Free Library, October 17th through December 12th.

(Note: I also hold the same club for middle schoolers on Tuesdays, in the Community Room at the Fletcher Free Library)
