We are looking for youth 6th grade to grade 10 to participate in a Scouting Adventure Challenge Day. It will be held at the Holland School from 12 PM to 3 PM December 3rd. Scout Troop 880 of the Derby/Newport area are looking for new scouts (both boys and girls) to join in on the ongoing adventures in Scouting. There will be plenty of challenges to face. Youth will be put in Patrols to face the challenges of the day. Learn new skills while you compete. Adventures may include a Gaga pit, Bow and Arrow target shooting, Compass course work, Lashing/building challenges, casting and many other activities. You will have fun and food will be provided. Learn more about Scouting in the Northeast Kingdom. Bring your own team of youth or come as an individual. You will be physically and mentally challenged this day.
