As much as we all love the return of longer days and warm sunshine, many of us struggle with the explosion of pollen that follows. Symptoms like watery eyes, itchy nose, headaches, and sinus congestion don't just make life miserable for a few weeks (or months), they can seriously prevent you from enjoying your one Wild and Precious Life!
Because it's not just about the headache, it's about missing an afternoon with friends because you're down for the count.
It's not just about the sinus congestion and facial swelling, it's about being AFRAID to go for that hike with your partner because you know how awful you'll feel on the other end.
And it's not just about the ceaseless itching, it's about snapping at your kids because your allergies are DRIVING YOU INSANE!
So what can you do about it?
1. Nettles: I recommend taking nettles as a tea, in tincture, or even eating it to many of my clients with seasonal allergies. Recently 1 told me they felt so much less inflamed with better energy the day after starting this! That's because Nettles lowers histamine in the body and is mineral rich to strengthen your overall system, making you more resilient to environmental irritants.
