If you're struggling with pain, stiffness, immobility, or depression, anxiety, burnout, etc... it can be hard to think of moving your body as a joyful activity. And the social pressure for "exercise" to look a certain way can add another mental barrier to you moving in a way that feels good in YOUR body. I'm here to remind you that your body, with all of it's limitations and peculiarities, is still a miraculously beautiful and dynamic expression of nature. Even the smallest nod of the head, or twitch of the toe, is a mind-boggling feat of engineering when you consider how many thousands of complex processes are actually involved in your cells working together to move. With a little creativity, movement can be a celebration of the profound improbability of our existence, as opposed to a tedious chore.
