A Spirit Doll is a 3 dimensional art vessel that holds your intentions, prayers, wishes or dreams for yourself as well as others. Making a Spirit Doll can help connect you to your intuition and inner wisdom, helping with healing, transformation and empowerment on your journey.
I will be teaching a workshop on Saturday, May 11th from 10am-12pm, at Victoria Hill Physical Therapy and Wellness. Cost is $50 per person, all supplies are provided. I encourage you to bring any sentimental or meaningful items you would like to incorporate into your doll.
