This month, the meal is Lasagna Roll-up with Tomato Marinara Meat Sauce, Vegetable Blend, Wheat Bread, Strawberry Cake w/Icing & milk.
Anyone 60+ is eligible to participate in the monthly AgeWell Grab & Go meal, regardless of income or health status. These are nutritious "heat and eat" meals that you take "to go". If this sounds interesting, or if you know someone who might enjoy a meal, try it out!
