Hi neighbors, I invite you to join the meditation offered by Rain Elizabeth Stickney at the Charlotte Library every single Saturday from 9am-10am. It's free!

Rain shares a poem each week, and there are opportunities for participants to share what's on their mind a bit, as well as learn new approaches to breathing, their mindset, and joy. I've been going for sometime and it's really quite lovely.

No meditation experience required. All welcome.
