April is National Poetry Month, so teens are invited to Burnham Library to turn discarded books into templates for unique "blackout poetry" creations. We'll learn about and see examples of this format before you have a chance to try it yourself -- we promise it's super accessible, even if you don't think you're a poet! We'll also help make sure the YA Room is ready for National Poetry Month by creating "book spine poetry" displays throughout the space. For grades 6-12; sign up if you plan to attend.
