Forest Talk: Importance of Wildland Forests, March 28

The "Forests for Climate, Forests for Life" series at Middlebury College will present its third and final talk on March 28, 7-8 PM.

The first two talks were excellent and well-attended. The final talk will wrap up with a focus on the importance of forests for human health as well as climate resilience.

Title: "The Importance of Wildland Forests for Climate Resilience and Human Health"
Speakers: Dr. Susan Masino, Vernon D. Roosa Profesor of Applied Science at Trinity College, and Dr. Ed Faison, Senior Ecologist, Highstead Foundation

Location: Middlebury College Franklin Environmental Center (Hillcrest), 531 College St, Middlebury.

Refreshments will be provided and the talk is in-person and free and open to the public.
