PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)

The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on March 28, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:

A. Duie Pyle, Inc, applicant, and Milton Commons LLC, owner, are requesting Major Site Plan and Subdivision Amendment approval at 0 Route 7 South (Lot 3 of the Interstate Commerce Subdivision), described as Parcel ID 207006-000000, SPAN 396-123-12658,c. The proposal is to construct a 34,767 square foot building with loading docks and office and an 8,716 square foot maintenance building to commence a "truck or freight transportation " use. The subject property contains a total of 22.37 acres and is located in the General Industrial (I2) zoning district and the Catamount planning area.
