1. (D/A) Sidewalk Scoping Study Project Kick-Off. Alec Jones from LCPC to brief trustees on the process. Possible actions may include having the Village Manager sign the Project Commitment Form, using the VTRANS Ready List for firm selection, and assigning a firm selection committee. (15 min)
2. (D/A) Meghan Rodier from LCPC to discuss 2024 Village Downtown Designation renewal and areas of possible expansion. Possible action items. (10 min)
3. (D/A) Presentation and possible approval of draft General Dept. 2024 budget and suggested tax rate increase. (40 min)
