The Johnson Historical Society will host a History of Quilting talk by Andrea Blaisdell on Sunday, 25 February 2024 at 2 PM at the Holcomb House, 188 Main Street East, Johnson. The talk will cover the origins and history of quilting and will feature examples of antique quilts. Andrea, a long-time member and President of the Common Threads Quilt Guild, brings many years of quilting experience and knowledge to the program. Participants are invited to bring a heritage quilt to show-off to other quilt enthusiasts. All are welcome. Homemade refreshments will be served. It is free. Questions call Linda at 802 635 7401.
