Kimchi is a healthful food that introduces important probiotics into your diet, and preserving vegetables is a great way to be more sustainable and prevent food spoilage. This fun and engaging 90-minute class includes step-by-step directions on salting, slicing, mixing, and packing. At the end of the class, you'll get to pack your own jar of kimchi!
